Welcome to the Avondale School District Facilities Management web site.  Our department oversees custodial, maintenance, grounds, energy conservation, enviromental compliance and security operations.  The department also manages the bond construction programs and all other internal capital projects.  The facilities department and its staff are committed to providing functional, safe and healthy learning environment in an efficient and effective manner for all users.

The Avondale School District consists of four elementary schools, one middle school, one high school and one alternative high school.  Our Administraitve Offices are housed in the north wing of Auburn Elemenatry. We have a Montessori building and Transportation building.

Facilities are in use from 6:00am to 10:00pm for the K-12 students, Community Education programs and other associated groups.  Successful bond issues in 1998, 2003 and 2010, have provided the District the ability to upgrade systems where they utilize the most recent instrucional designs and the latest energy efficient products.
