Welcome NEW Residents to the All new Avondale enrollments take place in our district enrollment office. Families with more than one child will be able to enroll all children during your appointment. Children must be five years old on or before December 1 of the year he/she enter Kindergarten. Please download the enrollment requirement letter and forms, under Information and Forms to the left, for enrollment. *Avondale School District Enrollment Requirement Letter Please Note: Other forms may be needed for enrollment. After you have completed the above forms and gathered the required information, stated in the requirement letter, contact our Enrollment Office at 248-537-6039 for an enrollment appointment or for other enrollment information. The Avondale School District's "School of Choice" program is limited to Kindergarten through second grade. Opportunity for "School of Choice" for the 2009-2010 school year is closed for enrollment. If you have any further questions contact the Avondale Enrollment Office at 248-537-6039.
