Kindergarten Welcome Night is an informational meeting for parents and/or legal guardians of students who will be five years old on or before OCTOBER
1, 2014. You will have an opportunity to meet the principal, teachers, support staff and enroll your child for school.

You will need the following
information to enroll your child
at Roundup:
Þ Completed Student Enrollment form;
Þ Child's original birth certificate, with raised seal (child must be 5 on or before October 1, 2014); and,
Þ Child's immunization records.
You will also need proof of residency in the Avondale School District:
HOMEOWNER:
· Current driver's license
· Recent PROPERTY tax statement or closing papers
· TWO current utility bills wired into the home/apartment ( i.e. gas, electric, cable ) in your name with current address
RENTER:
· Current driver's license
· Current signed lease/rental agreement
· TWO current utility bills wired into the home/apartment ( i.e. gas, electric, cable ) in your name with current address
Kindergarten
Age Requirements
- for the 2014-15 school year, the kindergarten start cutoff date is October 1
- for the 2015-16 and thereafter, the kindergarten start cutoff date is September 1
