Please note: Other forms may be needed for enrollment.

After you have completed the above forms
and gathered the needed information
contact our Enrollment Office at (248) 537-6039 for an appointment. 

Families with more than one child will be able to enroll all children during your appointment.

We are also offering Drop-in Enrollment at our

Administrative Offices, located at 2940 Waukegan Street in Auburn Hills,

on the following dates:

August 6,7 and 8 from 8am - 4pm
August 13, 14 and 15 from 11am - 7pm
August 27 and 28 from 8am - 3pm
